Interested in Consigning?

If you are interested in becoming a consigner with My Sister's Closet, here's all the information you need to know before cleaning out your closet:

General Information

• The consignment price of an item will be set at the discretion of My
Sister’s Closet and prices may be changed at any time without notifying the consigner.

• When an item is sold, the consigner receives either 50% of the selling price as store “trade” for other items in our store or 40% of the listed priced with a check if the credit amount is over $25.

• All items will be kept for a period of 60 days. Items unsold at the end of the consignment period are donated to a nonprofit group. If you would like a tax receipt, we will be happy to oblige.

• With the store’s permission, you may reclaim items priced higher than $25 for a $5/item pick-up fee. You must reclaim these items before 60 days from the intake date. Items left after 60 days become the store’s property and may be donated.

• Except for out-of-state consigners, we do not mail to or call consigners regarding consignment information.

• You may stop in anytime during regular business hours to check on the status of your consignment. A valid photo ID will be required when being paid in cash.

Condition of Items

• All clothing must be clean, pressed and on hangers, no more than three years old and in current season.

• We do not accept items with holes, stains, missing buttons, etc.

• Shoes and purses must be new or near new condition and of current style.
